💡 Life Tip - Get Storyworth for a Loved One (Issue #87)
Preserve meaningful moments and memories in a beautiful keepsake book
No one wants to be forgotten.
A health scare will quickly remind you that you probably haven’t told all the stories about yourself that you’d like to share with the people you love. I had one several years ago, and I was worried that I might be gone before my children really knew me (e.g., my childhood memories, what I believe, my hopes and dreams for them).
My family bought me a Storyworth subscription, and I’ve been using it to capture my stories so they can read more about me when I’m no longer here to share those moments. It’s been a nostalgic walk down memory lane and stirred up a lot of feelings, too.
Step 1
Once a week, you choose a question to inspire your loved one to answer and write (e.g., What were your favorite childhood games?).
Step 2
They can reply with an email or on the Storyworth website, which is shared with you and gets captured in their story (note: they can also include photos).
Step 3
At the end of a year, their stories are bound into a beautiful keepsake book. You can buy extra copies, too.
I hope you’ll check it out! Preserved memories are a wonderful gift.
